We are using QuickBooks Enterprise 10.0 Wholesale.
The problem is when trying to print an invoice, it keeps telling me that I must save records before I can continue.
I clicked Yes but it gives an “Error 16390 Unrecoverable error”.
What should I do?

You will need to open one of the sample files so that it can help identify the source of the problem.

Press and hold the CTRL key while opening QuickBooks until you see the No Company Open window.

In the event that you don't see the error yet, you will need to click the Open a sample file button, and then choose any of the company files in the list.

Note that you may be asked to restore and update the file. Click Yes.
