I have Quickbooks Conversion Version 6.0 on my 15" MacBook Pro with 2.4 GHz Quad Core Intel i7, 8GB DDR3L RAM and Intel Graphics HD 4000.  Ever since I upgraded to OSx Mountain Lion, program now crashes.  Do I also have to update my Quickbooks version?

Try going to the Quickbooks Support Page and try running the Verify Data Utility to detect if there is any damage on any of your file that may be causing Quickbooks Conversion Tool to crashed. Or you can also contact the Intuit Team Support to report this issue. You can also try to reinstall the program. Download it from the link below:

Hello Caroline J Tritt,

You can try to update to the latest released version of QuicBooks.
You could rather do this by performing a manual update, search manually for the latest release, or you may activate the automatic update on your PC.
Once the PC has finished update scan, and verified the programs/apps with new releases, with just one click you will get the latest update.
