Pv inverter error with assistant trying to correct hub2

Hello,

Hub-2 assistant tried to correct frequency shift for connected PV Inverters and during the process this error message appeared and nothing happened after I pressed the OK button. I would like to know what error were created in my PC because of this error ? Can any expert tell me please ?

Self-consumption Hub-2 v2:

‘The PV Inverter support assistant cannot be used in combination with the Hub-2 assistant. Please note that the HUP-2 assistant will correctly handle frequency shift for connected PV Inverters.’

Hello,

There are two causes if you get this error message, you can following steps :

 

1- The Assistant renamed to PV inverter support so you need to rename it.

2- Output frequency is included in the Hub-2 and could not combined with PV inverter support. If they are combined you get this error message.
