Dear David ,

 you can sync your iTunes

  1. Select your  iPod touch in the Devices list on the left in iTunes.
  2. Click the Album tab in the resulting window.
  3. Ensure that the Sync Music checkbox is enabled.
  4. If iTunes is set to only sync selected music, be sure to enable the checkbox next to the iTunes  you want to sync.
  5. Click Sync.

thanks.

Hi,

You must he an iTunes.  Install it in your computer and attach your iPod touch on it.  iTunes will automatically search for the music library located in your iPod.  This is where you should find all your purchased  music.  iPod’s protocol will save it there so it would be easy to locate.  In case you downloaded the entire album, your music library will contain a folder with the name of that album.   Refer to the picture below on how the music library will look like with iTunes.

Make sure that your computer detects your iPod.  You will know this because a popup window will appear saying that it has detected a new hardware which refers to your iPod.

Regards.
