Proxy error from change in Internet connection from DSL to Wifi

Hello experts,

I recently visited someone who has a DSL connection with which I was unable to connect. I requested their ISP & even contacted the tech support person to change some settings on my laptop so that I could connect.

Now that I've gone back home, I'm reverting back to my wireless internet connection. I am able to browse the web but I can’t seem to use programs that access the internet (like Skype or Yousendit),

I error message keeps telling me that I have "no proxy" option selected in my network. I badly need to solve this problem. What steps do I need to follow? Please help me. Thanks in advance.

Hi Dear!

Please do these simple activities to cope up your problem.

Definitely, you should think about the changes you have made before the problem and reverse that wrong activity if you don’t remember at all then try a system restore process to fix the problem.

Now I tell you how to perform system restore process.

Press START button and write RUN command, in the edit area just write down restore and press ENTER. Probably within a second you will find a screen from where you can select the roll back to the last restore point’s option.

It is highly recommended by me that you select the ‘restore’ the last point and press OK button to start the process of restoring. The operating system asks you to restart after the successful completion of restore process, RESTART the computer and I am sure you will find the last good configuration of your operating system.

Hope this will fix your problem.

Good Luck
