Protocol host error trying to open the program

Hello there,

When I turned off my PC this error appeared. Nothing happened when I clicked OK, my PC was off properly. It doesn’t appear all the time but it started to be a bit annoying. Can anyone help me please to skip this error ? Why does it appears ?

Try one of these ways 
 
Method 1
Scan your system with the latest version of your antivirus or Microsoft Safety Scanner.
Download it from here :
www.microsoft.com/security/scanner
Method 2
Boot your system in safe mode with networking and check it if the issue appears again or not.
windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7 ( Search for Start windows with safe mode )

 

Method 3
Try Performance troubleshooter from Microsoft website.
windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7 ( SEARCH FOR Open-the-Performance-troubleshooter )
