Hi experts

I get the following error message: 

"Prompting failed with the following error message: 'Unexpected Error'. Error source: prompt.dll Error code: 0x80043800

Also I tried saving and opening each and every one parameter fields. Need a solution.

Please help.

Hello Beatrice,

The first step to solving this issue will be to check if the issue is experiences with only a single user or all users are experiencing it. In the event that only a single user is getting the error then the following steps should be helpful in solving that problem:

  • First you will have to exit all the applications that are currently open on your computer.
  • After you have closed the applications you will need to copy the dll's ICUIN30.DLL as well as the ICUUC30.DLL from your computer that is working, or you can copy from any other computer, and then paste into the following folder: C:\winnt\system32 folder.
