Hi guys,
I am an iPhone user and I have been working on synchronizing it with my pc, the problem is I have been getting an error message that the device is not recognized in iTunes and it does not appear under the devices section.
What I am looking for is a program driver iPhone specific that can assist me in synchronizing my iPhone to my pc or instructions on how I can do this.
If anyone can help me on this please reply to this post.

There are many ways to troubleshoot this problem:
1. Restart your iPhone before connecting to computer. To restart your iPhone you need to press and hold the sleep/wake button located on the top of your iPhone then wait until a red slider appear, slide to turn off. After a few moments you can now turn on your iPhone. Press and hold the sleep/wake button and wait until the apple logo appears. When your iPhone is ready you can now connect it to your computer
2. If you are using a USB hub or USB port by connecting your iPhone to your computer, it is advisable to use the built-in USB port of your computer. If the same problem happens try to change the USB cable.
3. Updating your iTunes is very important, always check for available update whenever you use your iTunes.
4. If your OS is Windows you can reinstall iTunes. Download the latest version then uninstall the existing iTunes and install the new one.
