I tried to start rubyw Software but this error came. I tried restarting but I guess the .dll file is really missing. I tried reinstalling it but same thing happened.
Where can I find this .dll file in the installer or to be quicker can I download this from the internet? If so who can give me a safer source so that I would not have more problems.

Downloading the DLL file from DLL download websites should be your last option. It is best to get it from its original source. Try to un-install then re-install the software. You might have to change a configuration during the installation.
