While accessing Bank of America – California customer in Mac I am getting the message for Quicken Essentials

 

An error occurred during your online banking update.

The window has been opened to show you your Quicken account status.

Additional information:

The product which you are using is not enabled. Please call customer service at 1.800.792.0808 for assistance.

Hello Judith

It's nothing but a cookie error of your browser. Your browser got affected by malware so the cookie is compromised as a result this error come.

First open your browser. Selects an option and go to advanced option of your browser. Delete all the history including cookie, live sessions. After that close the  browser and try to enter.
