Great Day To All Reader,

I am posting here in techyv my problem in Mundu TV, when I activated my Product Key it will turn out to be used.

This Product Key is allowed only for 1 device and 1 desktop

Mundu TV

Login Failed.

# 152: This Product Key is allowed

only for 1 device and 1 desktop

The error message above that I posted gives me a lot of headache, I am wondering why it turns out that the Product Key is already being used, yes indeed it's been used, but on the same machine that I am using when activated the code because It has been reformatted, I don't have any idea now on how to deal with this error message, please share me some ideas on how to get rid of this situation.

OEM Products is just for 1 machine only

Your Product Key is assigned maybe for just one machine or what we called the OEM key (Original Extended Manufacturer).

You have mentioned in your post that your Mundu TV has been installed before with the same machine or computer. You have just re-installed the application because you have reformatted the machine. You haven’t mentioned if the machine you have formatted changed its hardware components. Some instances or terms of the OEM licenses don’t permit to use the same product key on a modified computer unit. So you must review the terms and condition written in your OEM product.

Your product might be checking the ID of your machine or the serial number of the Motherboard and registered it on their database. Recording of the details of the hard disk drive must possible for checking the changes on your hardware. Operating system license keys might be the one of authentication made by your product manufacturer. These must be identified by yours by reviewing the Terms and Conditions attached to the license agreement of your product.

Most of the software developer has a technical support. Most of them have the online technical support or the web support. A tool-free phone numbers are also provided. The best thing you can do is to inquire personally from them via phone or online. Technical support may guide you to solve the issue.

If your software in hand is manipulated, do not wonder if it is already blocked. The Software Developer Company is continuously researching on how they will block those pirated software of their own.
