Hello,
Please explain how to leverage a CDN in order to accelerate content deliver to the users. The file that needs to be delivered has a requirement that it needs to be encrypted at rest.Â

The main reason that one may need to leverage a Content Delivery Network is only when the acceleration is negligible. You just need to have a website at its highest performance level and employ a well managed peak bandwidth. The user should also have installed programs such as Adobe, H.264/ACC and Microsoft windows, among others. If it doesn’t work, try Cloud Acceleration.
