Hi experts,
After I connected my iPhone to my laptop this error message. I am a novice with PCs I don’t really know what it means and how this error can be solved. Does any can help me please to solve this error? What this error means and why I have this error?

If this error was thrown after connecting your iPhone to your computer, click OK to close the dialog box. Close the application if it is still running, disconnect your phone from the computer and then restart your machine. After booting, connect your phone to your computer and start the application again. See if the same error appears.
If you are using iTunes then you are probably using an old version. Download the latest version from iTunes 11.1.5. It supports Windows XP Service Pack 2 and later, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8. Uninstall your old iTunes, restart your computer, and install iTunes 11.1.5. You will now be able to connect your iPhone to your computer.
