I encountered some problems when using my sunstone interface v3.4. I would receive a “NoMemoryError” whenever I try to upload pictures using cloud.

Does anyone have an idea on how to solve this? The cloud manager I am using has a memory of 1gigabyte.

Even if your cloud manager has a 1 GB memory, maybe your cloud storage is nearly becoming full. You should check again the available space in your cloud storage so you are aware how much space is still available for the upload.

If you have no problem on that part probably your application has other problems that need to be checked. But first try restarting your computer then try uploading it again. If the program still generated the same error, try uninstalling the program then check your computer for any possible errors.

Use a disk utility application to check the system. For a much thorough diagnostics on the system, use a disk utility application like Norton Utilities, PC Tools Performance Toolkit, or Norton SystemWorks. Install the program again after this and then try uploading it again.
