I am having problems while using Mozilla Firefox (3.6.12) as well as the admin area of my e-pages shop. The problem that I am facing is that when I try Ioading a page, it appears empty and sometimes it’s loaded incompletely. Because of that I have to reload/refresh the pages again. I don’t know if I’m the only one getting this problem? Please provide me with the solution.
That may be occurring because your internet connection speed is very slow, and therefore you will need to troubleshoot. Go to the command line and PING www.google.com and see if packets are being transmitted successfully or there are timeouts. In the event that there are timeouts, then your internet connection status has a problem. You will therefore need to restart the computer so as to refresh the network settings. The router may be idle too and therefore you will need to restart it to refresh the network settings too.
Also try using an alternative browser and see if it brings the same problem. If it does not then you will need to check the browser’s proxy settings and correct them.
