Hi there,
I downloaded drivers for my ATI 9600 and now whenever I boot up I cant adjust any of the advanced features on the control center.
I’m logged in as administrator also tried a new user but the problem persists:

Try repairing your Microsoft.Net 2.0 by using the installer or by reconfiguration then reboot your system. If the usual uninstall and reinstall procedure does not work, uninstall everything and use the brute force technique. After you have uninstalled it, go to Start>Run>regedit. Delete all the files and folders related to the program from here. Then run registry ccleaner to make sure you've got everything out of the way. Then you can reinstall again. When reinstalling make sure that there is no anti-virus program running as an antivirus may block needed updates to make the program work. You can also choose to manually upgrade your Catalyst version by looking for the package online and going to the Control Panel for the add/Remove button. After you have completely upgraded your software, reboot your computer and try launching it again.
