Hello experts, I have been trying to create my account. I am getting the error while creating an account in portal Microsoft Office 365. Kindly provide troubleshooting for this problem.
Problem With Portal Microsoft Office 365 Account
This problem occurs when there already present any user or email address with the same name.
Solution:
1. Whenever you add any new user try to give a unique name.
2. Find and change the current name whenever you add a user it will make you find issues related to the old username.
3. Change the existing email addresses which are based on the same username whenever you add or assign any user to an Exchange Online License.
