Dear user this is not a big problem for your computer.  I don’t know what kind of file you download here. If this problem shows in software file there was the big problem for your computer. You have to must re setup your computer by a operating system. But if you have face problem for any other file, right click on this file +  Open with + choose default program, this windows will be shown….

Select any other program what do you want then, tic mark  the box . Always use the selected program to open this kind of file. And press ok.  Is this way you can solved all of the download content.

I think this is not a big problem considering that the problem is only related to incorrect file association on your computer. Like for example, when you install Microsoft Office PowerPoint or even Microsoft Office, the system sets a new file association for the files supported by Microsoft Office PowerPoint. Doing this, you can easily open the document by simply double-clicking on the file or the document stored on your computer.

But in case you cannot open the Microsoft Office PowerPoint document, there is probably a previous system update that accidentally changed the file’s association on your system. You can always restore it back to its default associated software. Just make sure that Microsoft Office PowerPoint or the software you want to use is still installed on your computer. To restore the files associated with Microsoft Office PowerPoint:

  • Open Windows Explorer then browse for the folder containing PowerPoint documents.
  • Right-click on one PowerPoint file then select Properties.
  • On the window that pops up, click Change.

  • Then on the next screen, find and select Microsoft Office PowerPoint and click OK. If you can’t find it on the list, hit on the Browse button then go to the folder where Microsoft Office is installed. Look for the PowerPoint.exe file, select it, click Open then OK.
