Problem Using Adobe Dynamic Link

Hi to everyone here,

Does this mean that I have to render or save changes first? Do I have to buy Adobe Production Premium? Or it does it pertain to if I have a sequence in a composition, do I have to include that sequence?

Using Adobe Dynamic Link with Adobe After Effects requires Adobe Production Premium.

Thanks a lot.

Hi Rogin,

I will suggest that you try deactivating Premiere and After Effects and then re-enter your license information.

Another solution will be installed Production Premium, of which you won't need to remove the parts you have.

You might need to serialize production premium as your other applications would be serialized, so try just installing it over your existing applications and post back and see how it goes for you.

But first try the first method I have mentioned.

Hope this helps.

Hello Rogin,

I have heard that error message from friends who are also trying to upgrade to Production Premium CS4 from Premiere CS4or CS5. There is a lot of steps online that we could try but sometimes it depends on the actual situation. Here is one thing I can suggest. You can go to Premier, click on Help then transfers Activation then choose Deactivate.

You should see an option there where it says Erase my Serial Number from this computer, just simply check in the box to select. Once you have done that, simply restart your computer or device and reload Premier Pro. Since you have already cleared your serial number then you will be prompted to re-enter the Production Product code and once you have completed it successfully, try to do the upgrade again. This works for most above users.

In some cases, you may not even need to restart the computer and just simply need to re-launch Premier Pro after deactivating it.

For any additional questions, you may also reach out to Adobe Support directly as it can be a problem with the product itself.

The above mentioned solution should resolve this issue.

Please let us know if you have further questions.

Regards,

Puckett
