Problem updating intel r turbo video driver

Some Intel drivers update itself automatically without any notification when the automatic update is turned-on on your computer.

Or

The other reason may be the updated version of the driver does not support your configuration and may be the present driver is the latest to your system configuration.

Hello Donnaa,

You might be getting that error message because you have already have the latest Intel r turbo video driver installed to your computer. But if you are sure that there is a more recent driver available you will need to try the following:

• Go to start and then locate my computer and right click on it.
• After that click on properties.
• In the window that will open click on device manager.
• In the next window, locate the video driver from the list of drivers and then right click on it.
• Choose the option for updating the driver online.
