Hi,

You don't need to hide you're IP address because only Social Networking company can only trace your IP. I don't think your company will contact the social networking site to examine when did you made your comment. They don't have a profit on this, so most probably they don't entertain client like this. But if your using a Static IP  then it would be easier to you to trace up because this is like a telephone number where it automatically check the location and owner of the IP Address. This is what i can share with regards to the hiding on the IP Address. I don't have any idea what's your issue on the IP Address why you hide it during office hours in fact your company will not trace you of doing this because due to complicated process to trace you or to contact the social networking site especially if it's facebook or twitter etc. With regards to they trace your IP every time you make a comment i just wonder who are this people who trace you? I know this is what the company said right? It is just a joke.

Thanks.

I take it you don't want your company to find out that you are visiting social networking sites during office hours right? Well the thing is, you really shouldn't as you are not paid to do this during your work hours. During your break time, there should be some computers in your office used for non-business related activities, you should just use those instead. If you'd really like to be the black sheep in the office, you can just use your own laptop or smartphone with your own internet access to browse these sites during office hours (but again, you shouldn't be doing this). You can also check our proxy servers, but this might compromise your data's security.
