Reference manager 12 is showing problems. It is showing problems in recognizing and loading documents that are created with MS Word 2003 and reference manager 11. Can anyone Thomson Routers reference manager 12.0 solve?
If this is the first time that this happens, try restarting your computer then try it again. Check if the program is now able to open the document after a reboot. I tried searching the web for “thomson routers reference manager 12.0” but there are different products with that name and its hard to point which of these is the one you are using.
If the version you have doesn’t allow you to open documents created on earlier versions of Microsoft Word like Microsoft Office Word 2003, then try upgrading your present version of Microsoft Office to a much higher version if not the latest version like for example Microsoft Office 2007. To further assess the capabilities and limitations of the application, check its system requirements if it is available in the program or on its Help menu. Or, if the program was downloaded from a website, visit that website again then check its system requirements there.
