Hello

I have a problem in Windows 7

I would like to get stereo mix on, I’ve followed a lot of steps that was recommended in some of sites and some of the videos in YouTube, but unfortunately no result …

I would like simply to get the property stereo mix on in the Audio section …

Had previously pressed in place and tree choice shows , but does not show anything about stereo mix
I linked 2 images, the 1st one shows what I have and the 2nd what I should have
any suggestions please

hello

the problem your having is a driver related problem what you need to do is update the driver of you sound card, but before you do that we need to know a few things,

are you using the onboard sound card or did you buy a separate sound card? i see your device listed as realtek hd audio device so i want to know, in any case the reason your not seeing stereo mix is because the driver that is currently installed is the default audio driver that comes with windows 7, now did you recently reprogram your pc? if so thats why the driver is missing

,

now if you did indeed buy a sound card try and use the cd that came with it to install the sound driver, also when you add an extension card such as a sound card i personally recommend that you disable the onboard sound card in order to avoid conflict with the two,

Try to download the Driver Genius from the link below:

Additionally you can find the update via windows updates.

thanks
