Hello

I will guide you how to register modules manually. First go to start then click run and then type cmd. If you are using Windows 7 or above right mouse click on cmc window and click "run as administrator". Now you should register your module by typing:

regsvr32 BKSocket.dll

Now you should receive message about successful registering your module. Now you should run again your installation file. Regards.

If this error happened, try to uninstall and reinstall the client. Download the free version of Revo Uninstaller and install it. Once installed, start Revo Uninstaller then select your client software among the applications and click “Uninstall”. Follow the normal uninstall process. When uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftover files and delete everything it finds.

This removes everything the program created on your computer. When it is finished, close Revo Uninstaller then install the client back. See if this works. Also, make sure your current client is compatible with your machine. You can also download the latest client from DX4500/DX4600 Client Software. Unpack the ZIP file with WinZip, WinRAR, or 7-Zip. The default password for the client is without quotes “000000” (six zeros).

It supports Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 and Windows XP Service Pack 2. It requires at least Intel Pentium 4 or faster processor, 512 MB RAM, Microsoft DirectX 8.1-compatible video card with 64 MB video RAM, and 15 GB free space.
