Hello everyone
I have HP Z800 with dual intel Xeon E5530 2.4 GHz and 24 GB ram. I have SAS 320 GB@ 15 K RPM OS hard drive and 1TB HD with 1.5 TB HD internal. I also have Nvidia Quadro FX 3800 and I am using Avid media composer 6.I have recently installed Sorenson media from the following website:

Previously I had been using squeeze 8 Sorenson media lite version. When I tried to install the software from the above mentioned website, I got an error on my screen. The screenshot of the error is as follows:

I searched a lot for the squeeze 8 icon on the desktop and also in the folder but I couldn't find it. I have also attached the screenshot of the folder:

Please help me in fixing the problem. your suggestions are required in this regard.

Problem with Sorenson Software Installation

Dear User,
It seems that the performance of your pc is suitable for the application
The error you mentioned above could be a result of file corruption or missing files.
I suggest you to uninstall the installed parts of the application completely
And then download the setup again and install it. And when you are downloading make sure you download the windows version.
