Hmm, this can be because of slow or intermittent internet connection. Has this happened before? Please try to uninstall and reinstall the software. You may also try to disable your system's firewall, you can do this by following the steps below. If you have more questions feel free to ask. We are always here to help.

Disabling firewall:

1. Click Windows Key
2. Go to control panel
3. System and Security
4. Click Windows Firewall
5. Turn Windows Firewall On or Off
6. Tick the circle that says Turn Off Windows Firewall (Not Recommended)

Note: By turning your firewall off you leave your computer susceptible to infiltration.
