Problem on sending Emails in Blackberry

Our company is using BIS when sending emails. For some reasons, all the emails sent using a BlackBerry, which was connected using POP 3, didn’t go through to the intended recipient. This problem is only for sending emails because we got no problem on receiving incoming emails. I did a test to check the POP 3 by using Outlook and found no problems. What is your idea with it?

This smartphone has email client that can be configure to send and receive email. This software is very similar to Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook, Windows Live Mail or any type of email client. Incoming and outgoing server information needs to be set-up and also the port numbers are important.

BlackBerry smartphones's common problem is the sending email. The email server might be incorrect and or the ports are not right. Contact your email provider and ask for the correct SMTP and Port number to use when sending.

You have to the connected to the same network of your ISP if you are using their email address. However if you are using 3rd party email outside your ISP, you'll need to know the correct server information for outgoing and so with the port number.

You also need to check the box for authentication and type your email address and password and it'll authenticate to the network. If you uses the correct log-on information then they will let you pass and you should be able to send email messages.

First go to the configuration of its email, to eliminate the email accounts POP and then to put them again. This must to them update in case there is some error. If the problem persists, it is necessary to look in the options menus for its email to make sure that should be correctly the install program.

If the previous thing does not work, he (she) must contact the support for its provision of service or BlackBerry for technical assistance.
