Dear Kristina,

A CRM installation in 64bit Windows Server 2003 without making a changes to IIS, CRM won’t run by default IIS 6.0 win server 2003 64bit editioncan only run applications in, either, 32-bit mode, or 64-bit mode. Since the 'eWare.dll' is a 32-bit application, and the IIS default is for 64-bit applications, the following CScript needs to be run, on the server, from a Command Prompt: cscript %SYSTEMDRIVE%inetpubadminscriptsadsutil.vbs SET W3SVC/AppPools/Enable32bitAppOnWin64 1

or  Try installing CRM 5.7 maybe it can fix you’re problem.

please do reply if this thread helped you 😀
