Problem regarding PowerPoint and Word

Hi all,

My problem is as follows:

PowerPoint – I am able to open the program, but as soon as I start typing, I get the error message "PowerPoint has stopped working…"

Word – I am able to type and save files, but when I use "smart graphics" or insert pictures, I will get the error message "word has stopped working…"

I have no add-ins installed on either PowerPoint or word.  I have tried to rename the data on the reedit to 1data, and still did not work.

I have uninstalled my printers and it still doesn’t work.

I have final projects and research paper due, and I NEED HELP….

I have searched the web, but all "fix" does not fix my problem.

Hope to get a solution from anyone of you.

Try to check the compatibility of your printer to your windows, PowerPoint and word may crash or may cause a problem.

>> Learn to understand how to install Test printer driver.

Check all your add-ins. Some add-ins are the troublemaker. It may lead to fail to start.

>> Check the add-in vendor for the removal of the problems.

Run the diagnostic,, 

follow the steps…

1. Click the start button,

2. Then all the programs.

3. Microsoft Office.

4. Microsoft Office Tools.

5. Microsoft Office Diagnostics
