I'm having a problem on processing the messages I receive. Some messages have apostrophes and / or quotations. Some solutions are located at the forum.
Some features may be hidden or locked in ur mobile.or u may be unable to use the mobile.just use up arrow button on android phones u can get the numbers option then once again press up button you will get symbols like , . / [ ] " : ' ; = - + _ etc

This message mostly occurs if your phone as a problem. Also note that if your centre service number is not saved you might want to do that. Also adjust your message settings; I would suggest you set them to default. If the problem persists you might contact your network provider.
