I've problem with Microsoft PowerPoint. When I insert videos in a slideshow, I can't see them. I just see a black screen and I can hear the audio only. So anyone has solution for this question quickly? Please.

You have asked a question about your MS PowerPoint. You have mentioned that you are not able to see the video of the file you have added, just the audio plays instead. Dear, you have to consider a few things if you want the video to play as well.
First of all when you add a video, it gives you an option with the supported file formats by PowerPoint, you have to make sure that your format is supported and enlisted in the options (a snapshot is attached with the answer).
If that’s all right, then there might be a problem with your video. Make sure that it is converted fully by good conversion software, i.e. “Any video Converter”.
