Hello experts,

This Onekey Theater is causing me lots of errors, this is one of them. I can listen music, watching movies, play games with sound. My sound is working perfect. This is the only software that have problems with my sound card. How can I solve this error? Why this software have compatibility issue with my sound?

Problem with Onekey Theater need to install correct audio driver

If you have any previously loaded audio driver then uninstall this. Reboot your machine and again fresh install the audio driver. Next try to update your sound driver version. But before you install the new audio driver version, please delete the device driver— ‘Realtek HDMI Audio Driver for Ati, and Realtek Hight Definition Audio Driver’. Then restart your machine and install the fresh version of the audio driver.
