Hi People,

The problem is with my MS Access 2007. Yesterday while working on it, I received an error message. It says, “A problem occurred while Microsoft Access was communicating with the OLE server or ActiveX control. Close the OLE server and restart it outside of Microsoft Access.

Then try the original operation again in Microsoft Access”. I have no idea for the error message. Have you any idea?

Please help.

hi,

This error message occur when you are trying to embed or link a word document in an access file. Make sure that you are connected to the network where the OLE server is located. Close the OLE server and open it with Access.If these two will not work, how about reinstalling the OLE server to make sure that it is registered.
