I am having problem with downloading pictures, links, text etc. They don't download on certain web pages. It sometimes takes 3 or 4 refreshes to actually be able to view the entire site. I am running Win98 and IE 6. This happened after downloading IE 6 updates. Is there any solution?

I am not understand that why you are using win98. Ok no problem this is your choice and if you feel comfort with this operating system then you can use. But problem is now a day Microsoft is not giving any support for win98. but now a day all the web developer are using latest technology so that lower version is facing problem.
Don't worries your best solution is, please download Mozilla Firefox and install in your computer also you can download chrome and install.
if you use any one of this two browser then hope you will not face any problem for download picture, links etc
