Problem Occurred After the Deletion of Wireshark

I needed Wireshark for a short while. So I downloaded and I had it on my computer while I needed it and then I deleted it.

However after the deletion of Wireshark, my system showed this error on startup, which is weird since I already deleted the software: Library/StartupItems/ChmodBPF has not been started because it does not have the proper security settings.

I double checked, none of the Wireshark files exist.

Please let me know if you have a solution in mind.
