I have a problem in my windows XP operating system after installing new software.

This is basically due to some virus program and you have to uninstall your software and try to re-install it.
Try to install 2 or 3 software and if issues persist, then you have to use some virus removal program for scan your computer or you have to format your hard drive and reinstall your OS.
