Hi,

A problem with my Samsung Netbooks webcam software. I have my Samsung N110 netbook model but the webcam is not working properly it crashes every time I use Skype or any software that allows the user to make a video call. This problem occurs after I reformatted the laptop with Windows 7 operating system. The camera doesn’t open when I am about to call someone. I need some help.

The problem occurs when you have installed new OS after formatting old one. You have to need to install webcam driver (check your webcam driver has been installed or not. Right click on My Computer then choose properties and then Device Manager and find webcam driver is installed or not). If you webcam driver not installed, install it from the following link (Click here) . Here is another link for driver installation.
