A problem with my iphone windows cable driver. It seems like my computer with windows 7 starter operating system cannot detect the cable driver of my iphone. I need to upload some of my pictures from my iphone to the computer for I don’t have a wireless internet connection for direct uploading. Give me some troubleshooting instruction regarding this matter. Thank you.

Hello Markusa,

If the operating system cannot detect the cable driver of your iphone then it implies that the driver is missing on your computer. You will therefore need to go to the device manager of your computer and the check the iphone driver. In the event that it has a question mark on it you will need to reinstall it.

Regards,

Nicke

Hi Markusa Raine,

I think that there are some other reasons why your windows didn't detect the cable driver. I have a link attached for your reference. I think it maybe helpful.
