Hi,

The problem is with my camcorder Canon FX100. I received a warning message while editing a project from it using the CF card for the test footage. Have a look at the screenshot below. How can I get a remedy of this issue?

Please help.

Hello Nelson,

If want you want to do is replace the FX series with the XH, then that action is not possible at the moment.  You will need to check the camera characteristics and make sure that they do not differ. You can as well just try a simple restart of the Camcorder and see if that will resolve the issue.

Regards,

Nicke

Canon is the benchmark in digital photography but their camcorders sometimes do not support some software, as Sony camcorders does. I will advise you to pull out the DV and place another one and see if the problem persists with another recorded media. I hope it will help you out.
