Hi all

I am getting a problem with my Meghdoot Accounts Software and that’s why I need somebody who is well-known with this.

I get an error message which is showed in below. What link this error message talking about? Also I verified the log file. Please assist me about this error message.

Meghdoot Account MIS client

Unable to Continue due to following Error:

Accounts MIS Error in communication. The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.

Please check Log file to see whether there are any other specific errors

Hallo Tamara,

The following are steps that will help you solve that problem:

  1. First you will need to check your internet connectivity and make sure that it does not have a problem. Slow internet connection can result to such an error.
  2. You will need to make sure that the certificate is registered. If you register the certificate and still get the error they you will need to copy the regcft.exe file from the MM 6.6 CD eMO client installation folder so that you can register it one more time.
  3. You will need to get rid of all the files that are found in the data folder and then re-generate the files one more time. Make sure that you select the transaction date.
