Is LG 550 pretend to be like software? I was attempting to access it to my computer but the problem is I do not have any Compact Disk (CD). Is this an error or do I need to buy another device individually?

LG 550 is not supposed to come with a software cd, it just come in one piece. If you want to connect it into the PC, you just want to plug it in through the USB data cable. After that you want to select the mass storage, and its done you are connected with your computer.
This will help you to browse your phone as a drive like one of your USB drives. Simple as that. Its so sad that LG wont give any software packages for this. They say that 'these devices are said to be only as storage devices'. Its because it is a low end phone with only basic technology used in it. It says the best it can carry. You can only install software from your PC through this storage connection. So its not a mistake, this comes without a software CD.
