Problem installing applications in Asus Nexus 7

Hi there,

I have Asus Nexus 7, I have been downloading applications in the Google play store and they have been installing okay, then I created copies of the applications and stored them in a folder, when I did a factory reset on my Device, I did not want to download the applications again so I thought I can install the copies I had created, I enabled install non market applications and tried installing but am getting an error message, How can I install the Backup applications? What could be the problem?

Google play does not give the installation file it only installs the application directly on the Mobile device.

The backup you had taken is of the data of the application and the database of the application.

Now to run the application again you have to reinstall the application from Google play store.
