Problem with Incredimail backup installation

Hello all,

I am facing a problem in the incredimail backup installation. I am currently using OS windows 7 ultimate sp1 and my internet browser is Firefox 2. I am using version 2 of incredimail.

When I start the backup installation, I get an error.

The screenshot of the error is as follows:

The message in English is written below:

  • IncrediBackup_ Installer.exe Error de application Mistake


La instruction on 0x00478500 hace reference to the memory in 0x6b636150, the memory can be Read.

I have not changed anything in my system recently so why am I getting this error? Does anyone have idea how to solve the problem?

Problem with Incredimail backup installation

There is a possibility that there is a problem with your windows registry and therefore you will need to fix that. This could be as a result of a faulty de-installation of a software, deletion of an application or a virus attack on your computer.

What you will need to do to fix that problem is the following:

  • First, if you had installed any program recently that you suspect may be causing the trouble to your computer, you will need to trace it and uninstall it.
  • You can as well run System Restore utility to get rid of any changes that you might have made to the computer that are causing the problem.
  • Perform a virus scan on your computer so that any malicious application causing that problem will be found and removed.
