Hello,

From what I understand, the computer was unable to find the file it was looking for using that path.

This comes down to that specific file is missing in your system. Make sure your installation copy is complete and if by any chance you are using an optical storage device like a DVD disk. You might want to replace it because am sure it has scratches that’s why the installation isn’t complete. You can always get a new copy from the internet. You might also want to check for other services that run in the background e.g. an anti virus that might be denying it the access.

Hello William,

To solve this problem firstly renames the folder that contains the software with a simple folder name. Try to avoid special characters in folder names. Then run the setup file from that folder. If you run the application from the DVD or other disk, then it may be damaged. Run the setup file from a new DVD.

Hope it will help you.
