Normally in computers, when a problem happens you can sometimes just restart the system then all things are back to normal. But with your phone, I think rebooting is a habit.

Why not try shutting down the phone, open its back cover then remove the battery. Keep it detached for a couple of minutes; let’s say 5 – 10 minutes. After the specified time has elapsed, connect the battery again then restart the phone. See if something has changed with the device’s behavior. If you did a previous installation on your phone, maybe the application is what’s causing the problem. Try uninstalling it then see if the problem is fixed.
