Problem with HP620 Bluetooth Peripheral Device Drivers

I am using Windows 7 Starter, the problem occurs when I want to use Bluetooth and showed a pop up and saying that the computer does not support the pairing with my Bluetooth phone.

When i check with device manager it shows that there is a problem with Bluetooth peripheral device with yellow question mark logo.

I have updated the Bluetooth devices and still failed, so I uninstall driver and installed it again and keep telling me that Windows can not found update for this device.

Is there a solution to this problem?

Hi there,

Windows 7 have some limitation. I think Windows cannot detect modem device that means there is a driver problem in your windows system. Every modem needs its own driver software so that windows can drive this device perfectly. So uninstall the driver software and reinstall it can be helpful. You must have to use it’s own driver software. If you don’t have just downloaded it form http://www.filehippo.com.

If you have a plug and play Bluetooth device then In this case driver software will install automatically. If it is not working then setup it manually. Go to control panel then phone and modem options and install it form here.
