Problem with game setup while installing Battlefield

Hi Experts,

I love this Battlefield game, when I try to install the game in a folder and I moved those files to another drive, there I tried to setup the game. For your information I did not face any problem while installation. When I setup I am facing this error, instructing me to re-install again. So I tried again but no effect, thinking that changing the origin of installed files might be the cause. Help please.

We’re sorry, an error has occurred

There is a problem with your game’s set up. Please reinstall your game.

You didn’t mention what’s the version of the game and which operating system you are using. However, I assume that it is Windows Vista as this game is launched in Internet Explorer. Follow the following steps.
Make sure you have Service Pack 2.
Check that your video card drivers are up to date.
Install Internet Explorer 9. Ensure you have the most recent update of Internet Explorer .Set Internet Explorer as your default browser.
Get the latest service pack for your OS.
Or, may be the file ‘download xinput9_1_0.dll’ is missing in your installation folder provided if you are using Battlefield Heroes 3.Then try to download this missing file.
