Please fix this problem of loading the Family Tree Maker 2012 as shown below?

If you still receive the error even if your computer passed the requirements, try checking the connectivity of your internet. Internet connection is required to download other files needed to run the Program.
Hi,
Although Family Tree 2012 from ancestry.com updates automatically, some users needs to download it manually, what version are you from? Anyway, parallel have to be configure to deal with CD's. And you will succeed if you use virtual box instead of parallels. Here are steps to do when you install Family Tree 2012:
a. Create a folder on a desktop> move installation file into it.
b. Insert thumb drive E:\
c. Change destination folder to the thumb drive> click set up application from there.
Because you failed to install, you might need to uninstalled it before you success in downloading family tree 2012. Configure file in Family Tree Maker 2010 or 2011 and temporarily remove security/antivirus programs. Click Start>control panel >add/remove programs>family tree maker> remove.
