here is a problem that is teasing me please provide a good solution ….I have "HP Laserjet series 4100PS" it was working great but suddenly in Microsoft excel it can't print, it is shared printer, while in many computers excel sheet can be printed but in few computers it can't please provide me a solution that works. I have checked my networking module. And it is ok.
Problem facing printing excel file
If you want to print whole spreadsheet it will print automatically whole sheet. If you want to print part of the sheet or you want to print a specific number of pages that. I will going to shows you.
There are following steps of printing the spreadsheet.
First you need to open your worksheet and if you want to print the highlight cells then you need to click on the First cell in the range and hold the click until you want to print of highlight.
Suppose you are using the MS Excel 2007 then you will go to the page layout then go to the print area and set the the area which you want to print.
If you are using different version then go directly to file then print area and set the print area.
If you have click on the print now then you will get that its print the select cells.
Now you need to click on print layout, If you set the print area. In this you can also set the margins of the page.
Now you will note that scales to fit section. If you want to change the width from automatic page to one page.your document will print out.
