I had to re-install my exchange server. I did so with no problems but I am not receiving my internet e-mail through it. I'm getting nothing. I'm not even getting any error messages.
Can someone help me?

I'd like to know what firewall you are using. May be it is your firewall that is the culprit blocking all of your mail from the internet and not given any error messages by your exchange server. Open your firewall setting and all your exchange server with all exceptions to send and receive mails from or to internet without any restrictions.
To check if firewall is the one blocking your mails, try turning off the firewall for some time and see if you were able to receive any mails.
Also if above is not the case, try going through logs for any errors or problems and also look for any issues regarding DNS or DHCP server blocking your ip address.
